The Brown Palace Hotel And Spa, Autograph Collection, Denver

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms in the older building were cozy and nicely decorated, but I had to deal with a loud air conditioning unit that wouldn't shut off on the 8th and 9th floors. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the busy 16th street mall, offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. However, the dining experience at Ellyngton's was a bit disappointing, with limited dinner and cocktail selections.

Overall, the hotel provides a great location and friendly service, with room for improvement in room amenities and dining options.
